Pillow Me Cocoon

I was invited to Chanel’s preview collection of  Coco Cocoon bags (Thank you Mighela),  I didn’t realised it was part of the bloggers event as my name was ticked off the list of RSVPed bloggers on the ground floor foyer?!

I arrived to their showroom with my heavy fold up (push) scooter minutes before the event due to end, with time to spare for a quick browse with the bags – I loved the feel of the nylons, soft and silky.  Great to use as a form of a pillow if you were to crash at your friend’s sofa or at airport if you’re stranded cos of the volcano disruption.

The collection is available in stores, I’m eyeing on the backpack :D

The Prim And The Provocative

I was kindly being invited to (and to document the event) Fu-Sion 360’s ‘The Prim And The Provocative’ private view and sale event which featured Falguni & Shane Peacock, Spendthrift, Lee Lapthorne and Gil Carvalho.  The prints, intricate bead works, customisation and the shoes were the highlights of the event.

This is one of my favvvvvvvourite pieces from Pecock’s A/W 10 collection.

I’ve probably photographed about 100 close up photos of their embellishment works, which I will have to cut down for my soon-to-be post to dedicate their craftmenship :S
